Do you take my insurance?

At Spotlight Physical Therapy, we put quality care above all else. We are a cash-based practice, meaning we do not accept insurance, and are therefore not confined by the constraints of traditional insurance.

Do you accept HSA(Health savings account) or FSA (flexible spending account)?

Yes, Physical therapy is considered a qualified medical expense, which means you can absolutely use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your sessions at Spotlight Physical Therapy.

Do I need a referral from a doctor to start physical therapy?

No referral is needed to get started! Texas is a direct access state, which means you can start PT without seeing a doctor first. If we determine PT is appropriate for you, we can treat you for up to 10 business days without a referral. After that period, if further care is needed, a referral from a qualified healthcare provider is required.
